An Oxford man has been banned from the roads for seven years for drink driving.
Marek Makowski, of Jordans Road, was caught driving a Renault van on Watlington Road, in Oxford, on July 12, a court heard.
Makowski, 63, was found to have 120 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath which is more than three times the legal limit of 35 micrograms.

He pleaded guilty at Oxford Magistrates' Court on August 14.
As well as being banned from driving for seven years, Makowski was handed a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months.
The court record said this was due to poor driving, a high reading and his previous record.
Also, Makowski must abstain from drinking alcohol until January 6 next year and has to complete 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
He also has to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.
