The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

Pedro MARINO, 24, of Trinity Road, Headington, admitted a breach of a domestic violence protection order made on October 4 this year. He was fined £50. 

CIPRIAN-VICTOR CALDARAR, 33, of Cowley Road, Littlemore, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order on August 31 this year. He was handed a prison sentence of 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months. He must also pay costs of £85. 

BADR ALKWKBAIN, 41, of Grenoble Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating committed on September 30 in Oxford. He must pay costs of £85, victim surcharge of £40 and a fine of £100. No compensation costs were ordered. 

MATTHEW POWELL, 46, of Aspinden Road, London, pleaded guilty to damaging a property in Witney by fire on January 21 last year. The estimated value of the damage was £20,000. He must pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114. He was also handed a community order and must attend rehabilitation days for a maximum of 15 days. 
 
LEWIS SHIELDS, 33, of Eden Close, Daventry, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the M40 at Worminghall on April 16 this year. He was banned from driving for 12 months and must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £184 and a fine of £461. 

DANIEL DUNICAN, 33, of Hertford Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug, namely cocaine, on March 30 this year. He must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £16 and a fine of £40. There was a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs.

PIOTR ULATOWSKI, 41, of Grimsbury Square, Banbury, pleaded guilty to possessing a black handled steak knife on August 11 this year. He must pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114. He must also complete 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. An order for the knife to be destroyed was also made. 

REBECCA SPENCER, 44, of Foxfield Court, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A361 on August 24 this year. She must pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £129 and a fine of £323. She was also banned from driving for 24 months, which can be reduced by 24 weeks if a course is completed by February 22 2026. 

MARTIN COX, 51, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker and using threatening words on October 7 this year. He was jailed for four weeks, suspended for 12 months.
