A new eatery, university lab and works on a popular Oxford pub are just some of the new planning applications submitted to Oxford City Council this week.
Kristiyan Rusinov has submitted plans to open The Greek Box and The Sushi Box at 19 - 20 St Clement's Street
This would replace Delhish Vegan Kitchen.
The proposals, submitted to Oxford City Council, would result in new signage on the shop front and work to remove the existing roof cover.
No comments in support or objection have been submitted in response to the plans.
The University of Oxford has submitted an application for a three-storey lab at its Old Road Campus in Headington.

The scheme includes a substation building, cycle storage building and associated landscaping.
The campus had planning permission granted for 48,000sqm of research floorspace over five building plots with a car park with space for 459 cars in 2013.
The new scheme is an extension to that and will be decided by Oxford City Council's planning committee in due course.

Plans have been submitted in readiness for a new bar opening at the Westgate shopping centre.
Flight Club, a fairground-inspired bar and social darts experience, is opening in Oxford in November.
The business has submitted a planning application for alterations to the shop front, four parasols, four external speakers, the removal of a door and additional of a window.
Its planning statement said: “The wider visual and design implications of the application proposals are considered to result in appropriate, sympathetic development which respects the visual characteristics of this site and its local street scene context.
"The proposed external alterations are minor in nature. None of these proposals will result in any significant, genuine impacts upon the character and appearance of the host building and the local street scene.”
Plans have also been lodged for major renovation works of a renowned Oxford pub.
The Eagle and Child in St Giles has now been closed for about four years.
However plans have now been submitted for conservation repairs to its elevations and roofs.
The works include repairs to timber roof structure, re-roofing, formation of access hatches to roof valleys and installation of roof insulation, replacement of roof lanterns, as well as upgrading rainwater goods, gutters and lead flashings.
Plans have been submitted for a new play area and equipment at Rye St Antony School in Pullens Lane.
The scheme includes resurfacing the existing grassed area with Wetpour, Playturf, Funturf and Shockpad hardstanding,
