Three life science and biotech firms have moved to a business park near Didcot.
Milton Park has welcomed Physiomics, Outrun Therapeutics, and Oxehealth to Oxfordshire's largest co-working and office space, the Bee House, more than two years after it was opened.
Oxehealth, which specialises in contactless patient monitoring for mental health inpatients, will move into three offices and two lettable stores.
Physiomics, a consultancy supporting drug development programmes, and Outrun Therapeutics, a biotech firm focused on protein stabilisation for disease treatment, will also move to the site.
Nikki Gibson, who oversees Bee House as Ashdown Phillips & Partners’ head of flexible workspaces, said: "We are delighted to welcome these diverse biotech and digital health start-ups to our buzzing Bee House community.
"The companies are a perfect fit for the vibrant, collaborative environment.
"Increasingly, we are finding that our occupiers are looking for flexible facilities which can adapt to changing needs, giving employees hybrid working opportunities and the option to network among like-minded individuals whilst enjoying Milton Park’s amenities on their doorstep.
"We’re excited to see how these companies will benefit from the opportunities the Milton Park ecosystem offers and look forward to seeing them settle into their new home on the park.”
The three new firms will join a network of businesses at the Bee House which includes global digital healthcare solutions leader M3, green hydrogen innovators Electrogenos, and OBN, a membership organisation for the UK's life sciences sector.
The Bee House offers co-working memberships for freelancers, private offices ranging from 97 to 2,574 sq ft, and hot desks for start-up entrepreneurs.
There is also room to grow into larger dedicated offices for established companies, such as Total Projects/Total Electrical, a construction contractor specialising in the refurbishment and fit-out of commercial and industrial properties.
Oxehealth's head of operations, Mike Wiggins, said: "We have settled in quickly to our new home at Bee House following our move.
"It’s a decision which has given our team the ability to enjoy the range of amenities on offer whilst providing the company with plenty of space to grow.
"We were originally drawn to Milton Park because of its well-connected location, both in terms of transport links, but also in its proximity to world-class academic and industry talent.
"Bee House is ideally located within that wider mix.
"It gives us the ability to benefit from the facilities on-site such as the Hive Café, alongside the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded companies across the park.
"Crucially, it provides us with the flexible space we need to capitalise on future growth."
