A large number of police vehicles have descended on a residential street in Oxford.
Locals spotted around four police cars and unmarked police vehicles in Milton Road off Cowley Road at around 7pm this evening (October 29).
A witness reported seeing police officers wearing gloves searching a vehicle.
An individual then appeared to be arrested.
Thames Valley Police has been contacted for more information.
