Cherwell District Council will decide whether to approve writing off more than £43,000 in debt.
The debts that could be written off include £25,000 in council tax, £12,000 in non-domestic rates and £6,000 in housing benefit overpayments.
The council will make the decision at an executive meeting on Monday, November 4.
The council has provisions in place to anticipate writing off any debts, and the potential write-offs will not cause the provisions to be exceeded.

More than £500 million in debt has already been written off, while an additional £130 million is already due to be written off in November.
The council will also decide whether to approve removing projects with budgets of more than £652,000 from the capital programme, and whether to the increase in the building control fees and charges for 2024/25.
These decisions form part of the council’s response to the Performance, Risk and Finance Monitoring Report for the first quarter of 2024-25.
The report also notes that the council will receive £64,000 in revenue grant funding from Oxfordshire County Council.
This will be used for the Household Support Fund, which helps support people during the cost-of-living crisis.
£50,000 will also be used for the remaining elements of the Outdoor Sports project at Whitelands Farm Sports Ground.
The council officers have recently reviewed and updated the corporate debt policy, which sets out the general principles of debt management across all services provided by the council.
