Jeremy Clarkson has welcomed celebrity chef Marco Pierre White to his Oxfordshire pub.
The former Top Gear host purchased The Windmill in Asthall near Burford for around £1,000,000 and renamed it The Farmer’s Dog earlier this year.
Fans have since flocked to the location to sample the various types of Mr Clarkson’s Hawkstone alcohol as well as try the food made entirely from British produce.
Now the 64-year-old has hosted a celebrity guest too with renowned chef Marco Pierre White visiting The Farmer’s Dog on Sunday.

A fan said: “Made the one-and-a-half hour journey yesterday to try out the carvery and got to say it was very nice.
“On arrival, we thought it would be a long wait seeing the size of the queue but only 30 minutes then probably another 30 for a phone call to say the table was ready.
“To top it all we were only on the table next to the man himself with his guest Marco Pierre White so made the journey well worth it and will definitely be returning again.
“I would also like to thank all the staff who were so helpful and pleasant.”

Mr Pierre White is no stranger to Oxfordshire, having trained and worked under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons.
The 62-year-old also visited the kitchens inside The Farmer’s Dog and spoke to staff inside.
A post on the pub's Instagram page with a photo of the two celebrities said: "Proper food royalty paying a visit to Hops&Chops."
