Police in Oxfordshire have commented following a crash involving four vehicles over the weekend.
The incident happened at around 7pm last night (Sunday, October 27) as a multi-vehicle crash occurred on the M40.
This was between Junction 8 at Thame and Junction 7 at Little Milton with traffic affected for miles around the area.
Thames Valley Police attended the scene and one of the three lanes was subsequently closed in order for officers to recover the affected vehicles.

The force has since provided an update to the Oxford Mail on the incident today (October 28) and confirmed nobody was injured in the crash and that the issue had been fully dealt with.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “This was damage only involving four vehicles.
“One lane was closed briefly for recovery but reopened.”
