Extinction Rebellion is set to protest outside an Oxford insurance company this week.
The Oxford Climate Choir, the Sea Green Singers choir and others will be singing outside the office of Howden, an insurance company, in Oxford High Street from 11am on Saturday, November 2.
The group says the action is in support of the Insure Our Survival campaign efforts which begin this week with actions in London and elsewhere.
This is a national and global campaign to deter insurance companies from insuring Fossil Fuel corporation investments which are helping to undermine the climate.

The group claims that out of all the insurance companies contacted about this campaign, Howden is the only one in the country which has not replied.
Hazel Dawe, former banker and one of the coordinators of the Oxford Climate Choir, said: “Since international attention was drawn to climate change by climate scientist James Hansen in 1988, investment in fossil fuels has been unceasing despite the exceptional growth in the use of renewable energy technologies.
"A very recent United Nations report shows current trends in human-created greenhouse gas emissions will lead us to a 3.1C increase in global temperatures by 2100, if there continues to be a failure of emitting states to make deep cuts in emissions.”

Ms Dawe added: “We need investment which addresses both the climate and ecological emergencies of our planet.
"Insurance companies, and banks, can play a major role in reducing support for polluting and damaging activities which are undermining the future of our planet, making some places less liveable, and less able to support agriculture.
"These emergencies need prompt action by the private sector, and by Government.”
