A lane remains closed on the A34 southbound for emergency barrier repairs to take place.
There was a crash on the A34 southbound yesterday morning (October 25) between the junctions for Islip and the A44 near Oxford which caused the whole road to close.
The road was closed overnight for the repairs to take place and National Highways has this morning confirmed that lane one of two remains closed.

There will also be a road closure in place this evening.
National Highways has warned motorists to expect delays while the closures are in place.
There were major delays on the road yesterday with more than five miles of congestion on approach.
