With winter on the way, Blenheim Palace has launched new menus across its restaurants and cafes.
With a focus on local produce and seasonal ingredients, the new Dark Night and Winter menus aim to celebrate the best of Oxfordshire.
The estate's eateries, including the Orangery, the Oxfordshire Pantry, the Stables Café, the Walled Garden Pizzeria, and the Snack Shack, all offer a variety of eating options.
Head of catering operations at Blenheim Palace, Jack Butler, said: "Blenheim Palace is all about celebrating the very best of Oxfordshire.
"We are on a mission to ensure all of our food and drink is inspired by and sourced from local suppliers within 20 miles of the estate - examples of this fantastic local partnership includes Jolly Foods based in Witney who supply all our meats and dairy produce, alongside Upton Smokery in Burford and Bibury Trout Farm, Alfonso ice cream in Woodstock and Cotswold Pie Company in Burford.
"What's more, much of the produce is locally sourced and often features fresh fruit and vegetables from Blenheim Palace's own kitchen garden."
The Stables Café offers breakfast from 10.30am to midday, while the Walled Garden Pizzeria has a new menu with a variety of pizzas, poke bowls, and sandwiches.
The cafe also offers soups and jacket potatoes with a range of fillings.
The Orangery’s new lunch menu includes roasted Blenheim beetroot, whipped feta, pickled walnuts, and sourdough shards.
