A four vehicle crash caused major delays on the Oxfordshire border this morning.
Two lanes were closed on the M40 northbound near junction six for around two hours as the vehicles were recovered.
There was congestion of around two-and-a-half-miles with delays of almost one hour.
Thames Valley Police revealed that, despite four vehicles being involved, no injuries were reported.

In a statement issued at around 8.20am, they said: "This was a four-vehicle collision, but no serious injuries.
"One lane remains open and we are anticipating all lanes to reopen within the next 30 minutes. Recovery of the vehicles is under way."
At 9am, National Highways confirmed that the vehicles had been cleared with all lanes open and traffic returning to normal.
