Celebrity chef Michel Roux Jr. has been filming a new TV show at an Oxfordshire bar and restaurant.
The 64-year-old from Kent is the son of fellow chef Albert Roux and nephew of Michel Roux Sr. and owned the two Michelin-starred Le Gavroche restaurant in London before it closed this year.
Michel visited Five Little Pigs on St Mary’s Street in Wallingford with the restaurant finally announcing the secret visit this week.
The famous chef was in town to film a new episode of Roux Down The River, a new series which will be broadcast on Food Network.

Taking to social media to share the news, the restaurant also treated fans to a sneak peek with two photos of Michel with executive chef Aimee Collins.
A statement from Five Little Pigs said: “We’ve some new to share that we’ve been keeping under wraps.
“Earlier in the year, Michel Roux Jr. came to Pigs to film an episode for the new series of Roux Down The River. He spent the morning in the kitchen with Aimee Collins, learning more about us and our approach to food, and trying out a couple of our dishes.
“Aimee cooked Michel some veal sweetbreads and our spin on osso buco.
