LEE BUTLER, 25, of Milton Road, Chesham, indicated guilty to two counts of causing harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour in Chesham on November 25 last year and the offence was racially aggravated. He pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on the same day after damaging a door belonging to Tesco to the value of £600 and one count of failing to surrender to court/police bail on August 21 this year and one count of theft of a motor vehicle and a handbag on September 24. He was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £150 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
KEVIN HAYNES, 49, of Lingfield Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding on March 15 this year on the M32 Severn Beach Rail Line overbridge to the end of M32 Southbound. He was driving at 47mph in a 40mph speed limit zone. He was fined £476 and had three penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £90. There was no disqualification.
BRADLEY FINE, 38, of Poplar Grove, Kennington, pleaded guilty to one count of causing harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour in Oxford and the offence was racially aggravated on April 14 last year. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work. There was an order for £100 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.
DAYLE PHILLIPS, 45, of Ploughley Road, Ambrosden, Bicester, pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on October 3 this year after being released on bail on August 28. He was fined £40. There were no other orders for costs.
HAMZA HASSAN, 21, of Old Farm Road, London, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding on February 3 this year in Bicester on the M40 between junctions nine and 10. He was exceeding the 70mph speed limit in a Mercedes vehicle. He was given a discretionary disqualification of 90 days and fined £660. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £264.
