Oxford is one of the best places in the UK for a boat tour, a new study has found.
A study by GetByFerry took TripAdvisor data to find the number of boat tours in each major UK city or town rated four stars or higher out of five.
Oxford placed 10th, with 69.2 per cent of its tours receiving a score of four or higher.
Cambridge placed first with 90.9 per cent of boat tours receiving a score of four or higher, with the area's history and high-quality service being contributing factors, according to the researchers.
Falmouth placed second with 88.6 per cent, while Windsor rounded out the top three with 85.7 per cent.
Bournemouth, Windermere, Poole, Norwich, Cardiff, and Bristol also placed above Oxford.
