A driver has been disqualified after being caught drink driving whilst a young child was in the car.
Jasmit Kaur Chopra, of Glenfield Road, Leicester, pleaded guilty to one count each of drink driving and being drunk whilst in charge of a child under the age of seven.

The incident took place on August 3 this year when the 27-year-old was caught driving on the M40 near Oxfordshire with 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
At Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 30, she pleaded guilty and was disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by 16 weeks for a course.
She was also fined £120.
There were court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £96.
