Police have warned the public after a “suspicious” man was caught taking photographs of a stranger’s home in a village.
The incident took place in North Street, Fritwell, on the afternoon of Saturday, October 5 as a householder spoke to an unknown man seen photographing the exterior of the property.
When challenged, then man could not provide a plausible reason for doing so.
The man also engaged the householder in a lot of questions about the property, especially the wall to the front such as who had built it and where were the materials sourced from.

The male was spoken to by the householder at 5.40pm but he had also been seen outside the same house earlier in the afternoon.
The man is described by police as white, in his late 60s, and he was dressed in smart casual clothing including jeans and a shirt, driving a black Volkswagen Passat.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “Please be reassured that details of this incident have been submitted to our Priority Crime Team for their awareness and we have not received any reports of offences believed to be linked to this incident in the Fritwell area.
“Please be vigilant and report any similar incidents, either by phoning 101 or online.
