A sports car driver who performed a risky overtake around a car and horses then proceeded to “verbally abuse” the women riders.
The incident occurred around noon on Sunday, October 6 when two females were riding horses on Mill Street, Kidlington.
Police say they were being followed by a blue 4x4 vehicle waiting to be able to pass them when safe to do so before a black sports car came up behind the 4x4 vehicle.
The driver, a man, began to sound his vehicle’s horn repeatedly before overtaking the 4X4 vehicle and riders and horses.
