JOANNE ANDERSON, 51, of Merlin Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on February 11 this year with 139 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £292. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £117.
STEFAN HOTICO, 30, of Amesbury Road, Milton Keynes, pleaded guilty to driving whilst using a mobile phone on November 8 last year on the A43 in Bicester. He was fined £660 and disqualified from driving for six months. Six penalty points were added to his driving record. There were court costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £264.
ROBERT O’BRIEN, 37, of Croft Meadow, Faringdon, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on May 23 this year on the A420. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
CRAIG LUCAS, 31, of Station Road, Chinnor, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Chinnor on June 2 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £300. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £240.
DEREK IVES, 44, of Steeple Claydon, Buckingham, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on May 27 this year in Bletchingdon Road, Islip. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
MEGAN SMITH, 22, of Brooklime Close, Swindon, pleaded guilty to drink driving on August 10 this year at the Hinksey Interchange with 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
ADRIANO TRINDADE, 35, of Boswell Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on August 11 this year with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £169. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £68.
