A retired teacher has died after suffering a fall while on holiday, an inquest opening has heard.
Peter Willerton, 73, was on holiday in Camaiore, Lucca, Italy when he suffered a fall on September 15.
The retired language teacher, who lived in Kings Avenue, Marcham, died from his injuries.

An inquest opening was held at Oxford Coroner’s Court on October 9.
It was heard that, after a post-mortem examination, his cause of death was provided to the inquest as ‘subdural and subarachnoid haemorrhage’ and ‘traumatic head injury’.
The circumstances surrounding his fall are currently unknown.
Coroner Nicholas Graham has set a date for a full inquest to take place at the same court on March 31 at 10am.
