A jury has found an Abingdon man guilty of forcing two young girls to wear nappies whilst ‘cradling them’.
Christopher Jones was on trial at Oxford Crown Court charged with four counts of sexual offences against two girls – both of whom cannot be named for legal reasons.
The 44-year-old was found guilty of two counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child under 13 between July 1, 2007 and August 31, 2008.

During the trial it was heard that Jones, of Bridges Close, Abingdon, forced the girls to wear nappies whilst he was wearing an adult nappy.
“He got under the covers and asked her to jump in and then cradled her and fed her a baby bottle of apple juice, as if she herself was a baby.”

It is alleged the second girl then came into the bedroom and Jones had put her in a nappy and had ‘cradled them both’.
Bridges was aged 26 to 27 at the time and was living at an address in Heron’s Walk, Abingdon.
A hearing has been scheduled for October 15 for the Crown Prosecution Service to decide whether to pursue a retrial on the remaining two counts.
