Robert Forster has written a letter explaining how the wing mirror was knocked off his Toyota Yaris in an accident when he was travelling from Charlbury to Woodstock, leaving him with a big bill.
One dark evening last week, on the road from Charlbury to Woodstock, I had the wing mirror on my Toyota Yaris smashed off by a motorist who strayed across the white line.
At the garage next morning, I was told that a replacement would cost £400; for that I could have a week's holiday in Turkey.
Clearly someone, somewhere, is ripping off the consumer.
Any suggestions?
