A teenage boy has been accused of possession a makeshift electrical stun device, a court has heard.
Harry Larkins, of Horsa Close, Grove, Wantage, has been charged with one count of possessing a weapon for the discharge of an electrical incapacitation.
The 18-year-old is accused of possession a makeshift electrical stun device in Wantage on December 1 last year.

He was charged under the Firearms Act 1968.
The teenager is now due in Oxford Magistrates' Court on October 17 for his first hearing at 2pm.
It is unknown whether he will be asked to plea during his first hearing or whether the case will be adjourned until a later date.
If guilty, Larkins could face a prison sentence or/and a fine.
