"One is confirmed stolen from Surrey in 2023 and another for further investigations."
One of the caravans appears to be a Comtesse model.
The cost of a Comtesse caravan can vary, but new static caravans in the UK can cost between £15,000 and over £100,000.
According to some studies up to 4,000 caravans, campervans, and motorhomes are stolen every year in the UK.
Caravan theft is a growing problem in the UK.
Thefts increased in 2020, and the demand for caravans and motorhomes has risen by more than 30 per cent since the pandemic.
To prevent your caravan from being stolen, you can register it with Theftcheck, a free computerised caravan register.
You can also install security devices like hitchlocks, alarms, wheel clamps, and tracking systems.
