Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was seen distressed in a 'concern for safety incident' in Abingdon.
The incident happened on Thursday, October 3 between 3pm and 4pm at Radley Lakes.
Police say a woman was seen distressed and there were three witnesses who were believed to be in conversation with the woman at the time
The woman is described as tanned and 5ft 5ins tall with a slim build and dark hair which was in a high ponytail.

She was seen to be wearing a green overcoat, police say.
The witnesses who spoke to the woman are described as three white women, between the ages of 40 and 50-years-old.
All wearing walking clothes and seen to be with two dogs, one of which was an orange or brown Spaniel.
