LEON BATEMAN, 32, of George Moore Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour with the intent to cause another person to believe that immediate violence would be used against them on January 16 this year. On the same day, he also pleaded guilty to racially/religiously aggravated fear/violence. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 60 days, complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and complete up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity. There were no other orders for costs.

CHERRY-ANN JENNINGS, 40, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to criminal damage on May 15 last year after damaging a caravan to the value of £514.87 belonging to another woman. She was ordered to pay £514.86 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

CALLUM HARRIS, 28, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a bladed article, namely a 4.5 inch knife, in Wallingford on June 23 this year. He also pleaded guilty to possession of a a bladed article, namely a kitchen knife, in Broadway, Didcot on August 15 this year. He as jailed for four months. There were no orders for costs.

SIMON PANCOTT, 39, of Linnet Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Barns Road, Oxford on May 16 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

RICARDO GONCALVES, 42, of Springfield Park, Witney, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop on June 4 this year in Woodstock. He stole a 9ct gold solder panel and a 18ct gold sheet to the value of £845.11 from Gallery of Jewellery. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £845 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

SARAH LUDLOW, 36, of Jordan Hill Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour with the intent to cause another person to believe that immediate violence would be used against them on August 28 last year in Oxford. She was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment and fined £108. There was a victim surcharge of £114.

JOHN LOVERIDGE, 34, of Tenacre Caravan Park, Sandford-on-Thames, pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal damage on November 29 last year. He damaged six tyres to the value of £220, £172, and £183 per each two tyres. He was ordered to pay back the value of the damage in compensation and was fined £80. There were court costs of £85.
