PETER COLE, 68, of Mill Street, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving on July 22 this year in Middleton Stoney with 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 25 months, reduced by 25 weeks for a course, and fined £1,069. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £428.
AMIR MAHMOOD, 33, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing another person harassment, alarm or distress on September 5 this year. He was ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.
ROSS CHITTOCK, 38, of Hillary Drive, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Abingdon on March 10 this year in Oxford Road, Abingdon. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
JOHN ARGYLE, 41, of Acton Road, Nottingham, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop on May 10 this year in St Aldate’s Oxford. He stole crisps and beer to the value of £10.60 from a Tesco store. He was ordered to pay £10.60 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
ABU BAKKAR, 27, of Oak Farm Drive, Milcombe, Banbury, was found guilty to two counts of possession of a Class A drug, namely one wrap of cocaine and one wrap of diamorphine, on June 5, 2022 in Oxford. He indicated guilty to receiving stolen goods, namely a Class A drug and a bag of a cash to the value of £615, on the same day. He was given a community order to complete 32 days of rehabilitation activity. There were no other orders for costs.
SIMON BELLCHAMBERS, 56, of Calamint Court, Harwell, Didcot, pleaded guilty to harassment without violence between July 31 and August 17 last year after attending the address of a woman and abusing her in the street. He was fined £270 and was made subject to a restraining order. There were court costs of £400.
RICHARD PUSEY, 45, of Orchard Way, Wantage, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Larkhill Road, Wantage on October 25 last year. He was given a community order to be subjected to a curfew for four months. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. There were court costs of £400 and a victim surcharge of £114.
