Closing speeches are being made in a ‘gang rape’ trial in which three men are accused of sexually abusing a ‘vulnerable’ teenage girl.
Damian Sidor, 28, of no fixed abode, Jaraslaw Szklarski, 56, of no fixed abode, and Patryk Kubacz, 30, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, are all accused of sexually assaulting a woman on April 13 this year.
It is alleged that the offence took place opposite Banbury Railway Station in a white outbuilding.

The men, all from Poland, have denied the offences with the exception of Szklarski who has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault.
All three have been on trial at Oxford Crown Court for the last two weeks.
On Tuesday (October 8) the closing speeches commenced from the prosecution barrister and the barristers representing the defendants.
Speaking to the jury, prosecutor Edward Lucas said: “Members of the jury, when they got back to the shack, those three men decided this girl could and should be subjected to whatever they wanted.
“Kubacz was threatening her, he hit her with a pole, he was strangling her, threatening to rape her with a vodka bottle and so on and so forth.

“Then, members of the jury, they took it in turns to sexually assault her. Kubacz was horrified to see what Szklarski was doing. Horrified.
“For a long time, he couldn’t even say anything happened in the shack – how could you forget that? How could you forget…raping a girl in a shack unless you were trying to hide the reality of what you did?
“She was hit, strangled, threatened. What I suggest to you is each three of these defendants orally raped her.
“Sidor and Kubacz took it in turns. Is that something she was either capable of consenting to…willing to consent to?
“Did they believe this girl consented? The prosecution say no.”
During the trial, it was heard that all men deny the offences, with Kubacz and Sidor stating the sex was consensual and Szklarski stating no sex occurred as he has erectile dysfunction.
However, the girl stated that Szlarski had forced her to perform oral sex and her DNA was found on his genitalia.

Sidor told police he had sex but the girl was ‘willing’.
He said: “She was willing at all times, there was no force or violence or weapon or knife or threats of any kind.
Kubacz also said it was consensual and she had taken part ‘willingly’.
The trial continues with a jury due to retire imminently to deliberate on their verdicts.
