A pensioner is on trial charged with several historic child sex offences, including rape.
Donald Davies, 84, is currently on trial at Oxford Crown Court charged with child sex offences which allegedly took place between 2004 and 2014 against a young girl.
The 84-year-old, of Dunnock Way, Oxford, has denied the offences against the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

During the trial on Tuesday (October 8) it was heard that offences allegedly took place in Blackbird Leys.
In a video-recorded interview with police, the girl said Davies had allegedly started his offending by forcing her to kiss him in exchange for money. She claims this then escalated into rape.
“Sometimes he closed the door or it would be semi-closed,” she said.
“He would pull me back and say, ‘Can I have a kiss’ and I would say ‘no’ and he would force me to kiss him and then he gave me money and I would walk away.

“I told my mum and she called him and he admitted it to her but said it was a joke and she said, ‘That isn’t a joke, you cannot ask a child to kiss you and give her money’.”
When describing the alleged rape incidents, she said: “It was just repetitive really, it was a lot. I was just laying there, I just wanted it over.”
The trial continues.
