Pictures sent to the Oxford Mail show fly-tipping at bottle banks in Bicester, which has been described as "appalling" by the founder of a litter picking group.
Jamie Jessett, founder of Bicester Litter Pickers, is calling for bottle banks to be removed in Cherwell and believes there should be "alternative resources to collect unwanted items".
Mr Jessett raised concerns about fly-tipping in August and described it as a "continuous issue".
He said he has recently seen fly-tipping on Villiers Road, Launton Road Retail Park, and on Kingsmere behind the Coop.

Mr Jessett claims the council is "failing to stamp out the issue".
"I would like to see all bottle banks around Cherwell to be removed with an immediate affect," he told the Oxford Mail.
"The flats I am in, we have a black bin for glass - why not give people a black bin?
"Bicester litter pickers and Bicester Green Gym are going out trying to improve our town.
"Where is the co-operation from some of the public and the council to assist us?"

In response to this, a spokesperson for Cherwell District Council said: “The bring banks are for recycling materials such as glass and they are cleared and cleaned on a regular basis by the council.
"Any disposal of other sorts of waste at the bottle banks is illegal fly-tipping and it could result in the person placing waste next to the bank having a criminal record.
"People can report issues with bins, litter and fly-tipping using our website at www.cherwell.gov.uk."
