Jeremy Clarkson has responded to calls for a complete U-turn to unite James May and Richard Hammond once again.
The trio went their separate ways professionally earlier this month with the culmination of Prime Video's The Grand Tour.
Having worked together on the show and, before that, Top Gear for a combined 22 years, the gang called it a day with one final special.
Mr Clarkson, My May and Mr Hammond officially called in quits in July when all three stars signed off on the dissolution of their company which made the shows, W. Chump and Sons.

Prime Video’s One for the Road was released last month and featured an outing in Zimbabwe and Botswana but many fans did not want the trio’s adventures to stop there.
“How about the three of you lads keep the specials going,” asked one fan on X, formerly Twitter.
Mr Clarkson responded: "That’s all we’ve done for the last five or six years.”
Another user said: “I thought ‘One for the Road’ was a tired, stale and inferior version of what the trio had achieved on Top Gear.

“All workers reach their zenith and fall away at some point in their career but honestly their big payout here was on the back of a relatively lame output! Poor value!”
In response, Mr Clarkson said: “As we explained. We are not interested in your opinion.”
