The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

DAVID COLEMAN, 49, of Bury Close, Kingham, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, namely 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on August 6 this year in Spring Street, Chipping Norton. He was disqualified from driving for two months and fined £250. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £100.

MATTHEW DALRYMPLE, 23, of Danesfield Gardens, Twyford, Reading, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wargrave Road, Henley on August 8 with 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks for a course, and fined £266. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £106.

OMAR GREEN, 46, of Brambling Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a Class A drug in Oxford on November 14 – namely crack cocaine and heroin. He was fined £346 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £138.

BARNEY SARGENT, 32, of Gordon Road, Upper Heyford, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified on February 28 this year as well as driving without third party insurance. He was given a period of conditional discharge for three months and had six penalty points added to his driving record. There was a victim surcharge of £26.

CAMERON VAN-GUCCI, 21, of Sage Walk, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Oxford on February 19 this year after damaging a glass window to the value of £145 and damaging a Hyundai vehicle to the value of £1,364.30. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £1,509.30. There were no other orders for costs.

IAN BOREHAM, 42, of The Queens Square, Hemel Hempstead, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Abingdon on April 21 this year with 125 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £246. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £98.

LESLIE GAUL, 71, of Green Road, Didcot, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in Long Wittenham on June 6 this year with 132 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on June 26 this year. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £100.
