The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

KAYLEM THOMAS, 27, of Landseer Walk, Abingdon, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen for testing after being suspected of having committed a road traffic offence on March 10 this year. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £180. There were court costs of £150.

BENJAMIN RHODES, 31, of Bedford Close, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on March 15 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £184. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £74.

JORDAN BERRY, 40, of George Street, Banbury, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop. On March 22 this year he stole £32.75 of alcohol from Tesco and on the same day he stole £229.85 from another Tesco store. He was ordered to pay £262.60 in compensation and there were no other orders for costs.

SHAWN MURRELL, 30, of Holt End Lane, Bentworth, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Kidlington on March 16 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

KELLY FLETCHER, 36, of Ridgefield Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the A34 near Weston-on-the-Green on May 27 this year. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £40. There were no other orders for costs.

HARRY SULLIVAN, 27, of Broadway, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Didcot on May 31 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. There was a victim surcharge for £32.

QASIM HUSSAIN, 38, of Hurst Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop on July 8 he stole gum to an unknown value from a Co-Op and on July 15 he stole gum and munchies to the value of £84.20 from a Co-Op. On August 24, he stole ice cream to the value of £85.50 from Tesco. He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on August 20 this year. He was jailed for four weeks and was ordered to pay £169.70 in compensation.

MATEUSZ PAWELEK, 41, of The Oval, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, on July 31 this year. He also pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a police constable on the same day and assault of an emergency worker, namely a police constable. He was fined £120 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
