RAHIL HUSSEN, 28, of London Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on May 20 last year after damaging police shoes as well as one count of assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, on the same day in Abingdon. He was fined £583. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £233.

JAMES KAVANAGH, 33, of Lovatt Close, Carterton, pleaded guilty to possession of an offensive weapon in a private place, namely an 83cm sword with a gold and black handle, on July 19 this year in Carterton. He was given a community order to complete 14 days of rehabilitation activity and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the sword. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

SNEJANA MCLEAN, 52, of Victoria Place, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in Banbury on July 20 this year. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.

LEIGHTON JONES, 27, of Brick Kiln Rise, Stanford-in-the-Vale, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them on September 7 this year in Faringdon. He was fined £250. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £100.

PETER MOSS, 27, of Combe Road, Stonesfield, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Woodstock on February 17 this year with 103 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course, and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

IUSTIN ADAM, 26, of Glyme Way, Long Hanborough, Witney, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Eynsham on February 18 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and was fined £350. There were court costs of £85.

CORNEL ARCHAT, 34, of Cransebill Drive, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Shakespeare Drive, Bicester on May 25 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.
