The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

WAYNE AXTELL, 41, of Spinster Avenue, Yarnton, pleaded guilty to driving without third party insurance in Colegrove Down, Oxford, on April 17 this year. He was fined £166 and had six penalty points added to his licence. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £66.

KEVIN DURSLEY, 53, of Stow Road, Bourton-on-the-Water, pleaded guilty to failing to give information about the identity of a driver to police after being suspected of committing a road traffic offence between February 5 and March 4 this year.  He was fined £660 and had six penalty points adding to his driving record. There were court costs of £300 and a victim surcharge of £264.

DAMION BLAKE, 41, of Belgrove Close, Kidlington, was found guilty of drug driving in Gillet Road, Banbury on September 30 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £180. There were court costs of £640 and a victim surcharge of £72.

HENRY YOUNG, 24, of an address in Culham, pleaded guilty to three counts of drug driving in Abingdon on September 17 last year and one count of possession of a Class B drug, namely ketamine. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment and 30 days of a specified programme. He also needs to complete 120 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for three years. There were court costs of £400 and a forfeiture and destruction order for the drugs.

THOMAS STOKES, 31, of Roach Bank, Wantage, pleaded guilty to assault by beating of a man in Wantage on March 13 this year. He was given a community order to complete 60 hours of unpaid work. No restraining order was imposed. There were court costs of £250 and a victim surcharge of £114.

ALEXANDER LYNN-PARSLEY, 36, of Knappe Close, Henley-on-Thames, pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicle interference on February 28 this year in Henley – namely a BMW and Audi. He was fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

JACK LOCKER, 24, of Kingsbury, Banbury, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug in Banbury on April 5 this year. He was fined £200 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs.

RHIANNON JARVIS-FOSTER, 33, of Tadmarton Road, Bloxham, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Bicester on February 21 this year. She was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £64.
