A group of Brownies learnt about fire safety at an Oxfordshire fire station last week.
Bicester Fire Station invited a local group of Brownies, who are the section in the Girl Guides organisation for girls aged eight to 12-years-old, to visit the station.
The group are working on their Duke of Cornwall Resilience award with JORT and they needed an emergency services visit to help towards the award.
A spokesperson for Bicester Fire Station said: "We had a brilliant time teaching them some fire safety, doing equipment talks, a tour of the fire engine and of course we got to spray some water.

"Thank you to everyone who visited and for all of the questions.
"We loved hearing what the Brownies had to say afterwards, who are mainly seven years old."
"That was the bestest day ever," said one Brownie after the visit.
Another girl said: "I need to know my address so they know where I am"
