Charges have been brought against a man who jailed 10 years ago for pestering a teenage girl to have sex with him.
Owen Froude was 23 years old when he admitted having sexual activity with a child and causing or inciting a child to be involved in pornography during December and January 2012.
He was jailed for three years at Oxford Crown Court on April 29, 2014.

Froude, now 33, was back in the same court on Tuesday (October 1) charged with two breaches of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO).
However, he was unable to be sentenced due to an updated psychiatric report being needed.
He is now due back in court on November 15.
During the proceedings, it was heard that Froude had been caught deleting messages from Snapchat between October 17 and December 14 last year as well as possessing a mobile phone capable of accessing the internet.
He pleaded guilty at Oxford Magistrates Court to both breaches on September 5.
SOPO are often put in place by the courts when someone has been convicted of a sexual offence. Froude’s order was put in place on April 28, 2014 – when he was last sentenced.

During that hearing, the court heard that Froude, of Gainsborough Green, Abingdon, had committed the crimes against a girl who was 13 when he met her and had just turned 14 when they had sex.
The prosecuting told the court Froude knew of his victim’s age and had received 12 pictures of her naked on his mobile phone, some of which were ‘very graphic’.
He said Froude went on to ‘pester’ the complainant until she finally had sex with him, but added that the Crown Prosecution Service now accepts that it was consensual.
It was heard that the girl had been left tearful and upset afterwards, as well as feeling stressed and worried about going out.
During the hearing, Froud’s defence barrister explained that his client was ‘vulnerable’ with the literacy age of a seven-year-old.
He added the offence was committed in a ‘moment of madness’.

On Tuesday (October 1), Judge Hassan Khan said he wanted an updated psychiatric report on the defendant and would consider bail if there was a ‘robust package’.
He said: “I’m concerned that you don’t have an up-to-date mental health report. I would like to see a copy as it will have a direct impact on the sentence.”
Froude agreed he would cooperate the with the report writer.
