Two Oxfordshire businesses have been named and shamed over a combined total of £181,921 in unpaid tax.
The Publishing Details of Deliberate Defaulters (PDDD) scheme provides details on people and companies given financial penalties for failing to comply with tax obligations or filing errors in tax returns on purpose.
The latest update was made on Wednesday, September 25 and included Nazar Ltd, formerly trading in Oxford as ‘Kebab King’ and Banbury’s Lebanese Wrap House.
Kebab King is a takeaway based at 36 George Street, Oxford, OX1 2BJ.

The latest list of deliberate tax defaulters states that it was charged £147,670.17 based on £281,276.52 in tax/duty.
It says the period of default was from October 1, 2019, to September 30, 2020.
The list also features Lebanese Wrap House Limited, formerly trading as Lebanese Wrap House, which was a takeaway, formerly of 7 Castle Quay Shopping Centre, Bridge Street, Banbury, OX16 5UN.
It was charged a £34,251.29 penalty over £34,251.29 in tax/duty for the period of default from April 6, 2020, to April 5, 2022.

Information is published when a person or business has made at least one deliberate default on more than £25,000, according to HMRC.
The list is updated every three months before the information is removed after a year.
