A global celebrity has made a major career change and left television behind to study at Oxford University.
Brooke Boney has been the host of Australia’s The Today Show, presenting on the breakfast programme for five years.
But now she has shared a massive life update on social media on Friday afternoon revealing she has made a shock move to England to study at the University of Oxford.
The 37-year-old left the major Australian TV show last month and at the time revealed her plans to switch back to education and study a Public Policy MA at the historic institution.

One month later and Ms Boney has confirmed the change with several stories on her Instagram account which show her in the UK.
Firstly, she shared a photo of her smiling whilst sitting in the backseat of a car on the way to her first day at the university.
“Well, that's been a fun month off,” she said.
“Time to start studying now. Checking into college today to start university on Monday.”
