A woman is believed to have been knocked down as she crossed the road in Oxford.
Two police cars and an ambulance attended the incident at the corner of Glanville Road and Cowley Road at around 4.30pm this afternoon (Friday September 27).
Onlookers said emergency services were treating a woman who was lying on the ground.
One witness said: "I think a lady got hit. She was on the floor being assisted by police officers before an ambulance arrived."
Thames Valley Police have been contacted for information.
