Plans have been approved for a state of the art office building near Bicester Village retail park.
The permitted building will be part of the 48 acre Bicester Arc commercial business park, off the A41.
Rachel Wood, managing director at Sladen Estates, said: "These are exciting times for Bicester Arc. The secured electricity provides us with a major competitive advantage, enabling the park to accommodate a variety of businesses.
"We aim to capitalise on this by commencing construction of the BREEAM excellent-rated office building in spring 2025, allowing occupation from Autumn 2026 of either half floors or the entire building by a sole occupier.

“One of the major benefits of Bicester Arc is the excellent access to good quality affordable housing, giving those who work in the park the freedom to either walk or cycle to work.”
Ralph Jones, managing director at Peveril Securities, said: "This planning approval marks a crucial step in realising our ambitious vision for Bicester Arc.
"We are committed to building a landmark facility that not only provides a unique and adaptable environment for growth but also continues to drive innovation in the area.”
CBRE, WHY and Knight Frank are retained as letting agents on the scheme.
Bicester Arc already has outline planning permission for 60,000 square metres of office and employment space.
