A chef was found dead at his home after a neighbour raised concerns for his welfare, an inquest opening held in Oxford has heard.
Philip Wong, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, died on Monday, September 16.
The inquest was opened by senior coroner Darren Salter at Oxford Coroner's Court in Tidmarsh Lane on Wednesday, September 25.

The inquest heard that Mr Wong, 51, was found at his home and his death was verified by PC Robert Frost.
Mr Salter told the inquest that a neighbour raised concerns with police after they had not seen Mr Wong recently.
His cause of death was given as being unascertained at the inquest opening.
A full inquest will be held in Oxford on February 3 next year at 10am.
