Hugh Coles, who played a minor role in Baby Reindeer, was spotted at the film sets.
He played Donny Dunn's friend from drama school, Francis, in the comedy-drama thriller Netflix miniseries.
My Oxford Year is based on a novel by Julia Whelan which was adapted from Burnett’s original screenplay.
It centres around an ambitious young American woman who sets out for the UK and the University of Oxford to fulfill a childhood dream, until she meets a "charming and clever local" who alters both of their lives.
There is no release date for the show as of yet.
