Oxfordshire is on high alert with expectation that flooding is set to continue with further yellow weather warnings for rain on Thursday and Friday.

Heavy rainfall on Sunday night into Monday caused major issues across the county with train tracks, car parks and more left submerged.

Flooding then continued into Tuesday and Wednesday after more downpours each night which all resulted in even more problems arising for home and business owners.

In just 24 hours, more than a month’s worth of rain fell on the county leaving residents to battle the deluge.
