An Oxfordshire triathlete recently competed for Team GB at a European championships following years of training.
Graham Hazleton, who is a member of Bicester Triathlon Club, competed in Vichy, France at the standard distance event.
The event took place from September 21-22, and after three years of hard work Mr Hazleton finished 35th in his age group with a time of two hours and 36.21 minutes.
Another member of Bicester Triathlon Club ran the Belfast half marathon on Saturday, September 21.

Joanna Hooks completed the run in two hours and 13.32 minutes.
Bicester Triathlon Club welcomes athletes of all skill levels, with training groups designed to cater to various age groups.
Established in 2012, the 'friendly' club prides itself on providing 'fantastic' coaching for triathletes of varying abilities from beginners to competitive athletes.
