Three men are accused of taking it in turns to rape a vulnerable teenage girl in Banbury, using her as a ‘sex toy’, a jury has heard.
Damian Sidor, 28, of no fixed abode, Jaraslaw Szklarski, 56, of no fixed abode, and Patryk Kubacz, 30, of Edinburgh Way, Banbury, are all accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl on April 13 this year.
It is alleged that the offence took place opposite Banbury Railway Station in a white outbuilding.

The men, all from Poland, have denied the offences with the exception of Szklarski who has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault.
Opening the case on Thursday (September 19), prosecutor Edward Lucas explained that the teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was known to police as being a vulnerable young girl due to issues with self-harm, alcohol abuse and going missing.
He stated that she had also been identified as being at risk for ‘being sexually exploited’.
“The Crown assert right from the beginning that these three individuals took advantage of a vulnerable 17-year-old girl,” he said. “And used her for their own sexual purpose, effectively as a sex object, because she found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

On April 12, it is alleged that Sidor spotted the girl walking around Banbury town centre and offered for her to come back to the temporary accommodation he and other men were stay in opposite the railway station.
The white shack was filled with beds and a makeshift kitchen.
While at the shack, the girl had fallen asleep and allegedly awoke to Sidor ‘rubbing and cupping’ her genitals.
Kubacz reportedly returned to the shack and offered to take the girl to the shop – it is alleged her then raped her in his car before raping her again upon returning to the shack.
The jury heard that Sidor allegedly appeared and Kubacz forced the teen to perform sexual acts on both of them.
Sidor reportedly then forced the girl to have sex with Szklarski whilst Kubacz watched.
Mr Lucas claims the Sidor had threatened to rape the girl with a vodka bottle while Kubacz had threatened to rape her with a pole.

The men reportedly sent the girl out to find cocaine after threatening her with a knife when she ran into someone she knew in Banbury High Street.
They returned to the shack together and the police were called.
All men deny the offences, with Kubacz and Sidor stating the sex was consensual and Szklarski stating no sex occurred as he has erectile dysfunction.
The trial continues.
