The chairman of Oxford City Council's planning committee has had a scheme approved for modifications to a property in Headington.
Mary Clarkson applied for a single-storey rear infill extension, the removal of a window and door, as well as the addition of four windows at a property in Dunstan Road.
The scheme, which also has Michael Tappin listed as an applicant, was unanimously approved by the planning committee on Tuesday, September 17.

Ms Clarkson didn't chair this particular meeting and was not in attendance, so was deputised by Laurence Fouweather.
No objections were received, but a supporting comment was sent by the Friends of Old Headington who said the proposal would improve the property.
The application was brought before the committee because all schemes submitted by councillors or council staff must be aired in public.
