The city council's chief executive has had a plan permitted for changes to a property in an Oxford suburb.
Caroline Green's proposal is to demolish a garage and rear extension and build a part single, part two-storey side and rear extension with a garage at a house in Howard Street, Donnington.
Ms Green, who was appointed chief executive of Oxford City Council in February 2021, had her scheme permitted unanimously by the planning committee on Tuesday, September 17.

The scheme includes a loft conversion, as well as rooflights, solar panels and an air source heat pump.
It was brought before the committee because all schemes, however minor, submitted by councillors or staff must be aired in public.
This is to ensure transparency and no conflict of interest.
Ms Green was not in attendance at the meeting.
The chief executive is described as the "senior officer who leads and takes responsibility for the work of the paid staff of the council".
The description of the role adds: "The role of chief executive is a full time appointment. Post holders are selected on merit, against objective criteria, following public advertisement. They are appointed by the whole council."
Oxford City Council employs around 700 staff members.
