The cheapest areas to rent in Oxfordshire have been revealed in a new study.
With constant inflation rises, the opportunity for first-time buyers to get a mortgage offer that is affordable and reasonable is proving very difficult.
This is leaving people turning to the rent market for property and due to this, BLG Development Finance and Online Marketing Surgery has created a Rent Report.
Ranking areas in Oxfordshire based on their average rent price so far this year, the study determines the best and worst areas to rent.

Elsewhere west Oxfordshire came in at £1,226 per month on average while south Oxfordshire was ranked at £1,250 per month.
The methodology of the data saw the rent index data from the Office for National Statistics used to find Oxfordshire areas’ average prices for rent for each month of this year until July.
