ANDREEA MIHALACHE, 25, of London Road, Ipswich, pleaded guilty to driving dangerously in Garsington Road, Oxford on March 1 this year, driving without a licence, and driving without third-party insurance. She also pleaded guilty to failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by police. He was given a community order to complete 200 hours of unpaid work. She was also disqualified from driving for 18 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

ANTON DUBLIN, 32, of Cranbrook Drive, Kennington, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug on June 12 this year, namely a quantity of cannabis. He was fined £80 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were no orders for costs.

MARTA PRZYBOWICZ, 33, of Princess Gardens, Grove, pleaded guilty to drink driving on July 19 this year in Wantage with 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as one count each of driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £96.

JAMES NICHOLLS, 59, of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a restraining order on July 8 in Harwell by attending an address of someone he was prohibited from being near due to an order put in place at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on February 15, 2019. He was fined £50. There were court costs of £85.

SHIJO MATHEW, 39, of Goldsmith Close, Wantage, pleaded guilty to drink driving in East Hendred, Oxfordshire on October 4 last year with 104 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks for a course, and fined £537. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £215.

WIKTOR GAN, 22, of Broad Street, Banbury, pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an emergency worker on April 15 last year in Banbury. He also pleaded guilty to one count of religiously/racially aggravated harassment on the same day. He was given a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £200 in compensation. There were no orders for costs.
